Belgian Laekenois

A guardian of livestock (and linen!) and a messenger during both World Wars, the Belgian Laekenois always serves with distinction. He is an intelligent dog, both protective and affectionate toward his family. Like all working dogs, he requires daily activities and exercise. His distinctive course coat requires regular brushing and bathing when necessary.
